Affordable DFW contractors were highly recommended to me. They were very quick to respond from initial contact. They provided great communication and customer service. They explained each phase that was taking place and how long each phase would take. They didn't hesitate to answer any questions/concerns that we had. The workers show up at the time that they say the will and clean up after themselves. We love our new patio and will contact them for our next project in the future. If you want someone that's dependable, affordable, professional, and trustworthy, this is the company you need.

We recently contracted Ivan and his team for a bathroom remodel and to build a new wall to enclose our dining room—and they were absolutely fantastic. Ivan's communication was excellent from start to finish. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and completed everything right on schedule. A special shoutout to Eleazar, who has to be one of the best tile installers I’ve ever seen. His work is incredibly precise and clean. The entire project was completed to our satisfaction and is backed by a one-year warranty. The price was fair and in line with other estimates we received. I highly recommend Ivan and his company. We’re already planning to use them again for future projects!

I recently had another company come out and Install Hardwood floors and they did a terrible Job. Affordable DFW Contractors not came thru and saved the day. Not only we’re they professional and fast, they were incredibly priced and under my budget. Ivan and his team couldn’t have been easier to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Spring is almost here and I can't wait to get back on my patio. Affordable DFW contractors did a patio extension for me and it's PERFECT!!! My backyard has become my favorite part of my house. I'll be using them for my new fence next!!!

Affordable DFW Contractors are true professionals, such a great company to do business with. I hired them to extend my covered patio, and they truly exceeded my expectations. The owner, Ivan Martin is hands down the most reliable contractor I’ve ever hired. He was responsive and easy to communicate with, and constantly checked in with me regarding scheduling. Ivan was available to answer my questions from start to finish. Both he and his crew understand their customer’s time is valuable, and from day one they were always here on time. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat. I was so amazed with the woodwork. When I thought they were finished, they would add another detail. Ivan made sure the work was coordinated between his crew that built the patio, the electrician, and the rain gutter installer so there were no delays. This kept construction on time and completed as agreed. Construction Crew - They were amazing, so nice and worked so hard. Yarihel is a master carpenter, a perfectionist who really takes pride in his work, and it shows. Yarihel & Hector exceeded my expectations. The woodwork is beautiful. Electrician – Anthony installed a ceiling fan, added two new electrical outlets, relocated floodlight, and hung string patio lights. He also added a light switch to turn the string lights on and off. It’s so convenient. Anthony was easy to work with. He even painted some of the metal to match the stain on the wood. Looks fantastic! Rain Gutter Installer – Alonso is top notch! He did a phenomenal job matching my existing gutters. Color is perfect. Looks great.! I love my patio extension! It added additional living space to my home. If you want a company that truly cares about their customers and their needs, is honest and affordable, I highly recommend Affordable DFW Contractors. I am so happy with my patio, and so glad I called them. Ivan and his team were wonderful and a such a pleasure to do business with.

Affordable DFW Contractors was great to work with! Ivan is responsive and very detail oriented. He was onsite daily, making sure the project was going smoothly and efficiently. Everything was completed in timely manner and turned out beautiful! We will definitely use affordable DFW Contractors for future projects.

Finding a quality and honest contractor these days can seem almost impossible, but Ivan put any concern we had to rest as he went above and beyond throughout our entire project. We requested bids for an outdoor kitchen and pergola from 4 different contractors, but ultimately decided to go with Ivan based on value, professionalism and experience with projects similar to ours. As one might expect, we had tons of questions as we started to plan for and map out the outdoor kitchen. Ivan was always patient with us and answered any questions we had, while also providing honest recommendations based on his expertise. The coordination of each of the crews was seamless, and they all showed up each day upbeat, even in the Texas heat of summer! Ultimately, everything turned out beautifully and is excellent quality. We have a few other projects coming up and will undoubtedly be leveraging Ivan’s services again. Highly recommend!

I am a satisfied repeat customer of Affordable DFW Contractors. Paul, my project manager, spent time on site to understand my vision and provided detailed, accurate estimates. He helped break the project into affordable phases and timing that worked for me. He also offered great advice on tradeoffs to get the best value for my money. Work completed included landscaping, building and finishing a carport, interior and exterior painting, installing new electrical and light fixtures, and plumbing. I had the work done while I was out of town and unable to visit often. Paul managed everything from start to finish. I will continue to work with Paul and Affordable DFW Contractors as trusted partners for future home improvement projects. Highly recommended!
